The site was saying its yellow, but its actually more to gold. I LOVE IT! Very satisfied! Both thumbs up.




















(2) Office Wear


I like this one too, But there were some loose strings, i had to cut them off, and all the buttons were loose, i had to sew all the buttons on firmly :-|

















(3) Casual Wear

This does not look much, but i love it bor. At 1st glance, its doesn't seem like what i usually wear. But hor, when i put it on, I simply love it!





















mmmm, i am satisfied. Not bad, not bad at all.

If next time CNY lazy go out to buy new clothes, can just buy from them..HAHA!

Things to do when you are confined at home due to Chicken Pox

(1) Watch Anime/ Series/ Cartoon/ APA-APA Saje

I have finished watching Inuyasha liao. HAHA. At least it distracted me most of the time from the horrible itchiness.

(2) Online Surfing/ Shopping/ Play PC Game

I did my first online shopping the other day. I bought clothes online. Well, I need some pampering ok? Besides, I like what I see, so I buy. Muahaha. But i have to bid farewell to 100++ SGD, which is like RM200++. I saw another item i liked today, but i made some excuses to myself so that i won't spend more. MUST. STOP.LOOKING.AT.THE.NICE.CLOTHES.

(3) Jigsaw Puzzle

Mum and I did this, these few nights. 1000 pieces of them. Phew.

But it had a "flaw" in it. Can u spot it?

Here it is. A part of that piece is bitten off by Mango. Thus leaving a hole on it.


(4) Count the blisters u have on ur body (kidding!!)

I didn't count anyway. HEE.

(5) Torturing yourself by thinking of all the glorious food you can't have for one month

Oh, how i miss Taugeh Mee, Butter Prawn, Crab, Laksa..etc..but I just can't have them for one month. Well, to get my smooth skin back, it should be worth the wait.

After one month, I shall treat myself with all these glorious wonderful food.

Worst Nightmare

This is what i feared most. And its actually happening now. *SIGH*

Why didn't it happened when i was younger?When the effect won't be as serious?

i feel so bloody ugly now. And the blisters are so damn itchy. Hard to stop myself from scratching it. URGH. I don't want any permanent scar.

AIZ, so depressing.SO itchy.

I was given 5 days leave from work by the doctor.

Meanwhile, the man, is suffering from a minor bone fracture. He had it while playing Basketball.

Coincidentally, he too, is confined for 5 days.

How "SUEI" (unlucky) lah both of us.

OH! I really hope there wont be any big ugly scar on me.

Punished

I think my body is punishing me. :-( For watching Inuyasha till late at night these few days. I am down with slight fever. Body feels a bit aching. And my tastebud went nuts. All the food i tasted was bland, n the pizza hut spicy wing i tasted was salty instead. hmm, u guys probably feel like scolding me liao, cos I am sick, still went to pizza hut eat. Well, i didn't feel like eating porridge ma. :-p

oh, i better rest more now. I still want to taste good food ler. I hate being sick.

Been busy lately, watching Inuyasha

WE are PRO!
When we asked the lady about the tandem bike, she gave us a are-u-sure look.

"U expert kah?" the lady asked

"Why?very difficult to ride ah?"

lady pouts and say "ya" softly.

I was a bit ciken-ing out from the idea, but THE man say lets give it a try. He said "Never try never know mah"..LOL

He got on it first. I was still a bit scared. Keep telling him to make sure its stable.

When i was ready, i got on it, make sure i had a firm grip.

"ready?"

"yup"

"1...2...3"

and off we go, a bit shaky at 1st, but it went on smoothly afterwards.

If the lady says only experts can ride it, we are like super PRO ok?LOL

and we rode like 6kms!

We made quite an attraction at Sematan Town. Hmm~ i guess the tandem bike is a rare scene. We got ppl asking us is it difficult to ride it. And kampung kids that yelled "LUMBA(race)!LUMBA!"

legs was sore, but it was a satisfying experience.

I will always remember this...

Thanks to our new King, we had public holiday yesterday. SO HAPPY! But then not all company had off day yesterday. But i'm sure glad our's did...WAHAHHA

I needed to do something that can cheer any normal lady up. I had to take THE SHOPPING THERAPY! mwehehehe

I was hunting for a new Handphone. No need a high end one. Just a normal one with fm radio, can play mp3, got camera..still surveying, so didn't buy any yet..(any recommendation?)

I wanted a sunglass for a long2 time now. So we headed to star optics near to King Centre.

Its hard to find any sunglass that suits me last time. But lucky thing big sunglasses are IN now. They fit me nicely. Can hide my panda eyes. :-)


I love it!

The frame had 2 choices of color, black(normal) or the nice shade of green that I bought.
A part of the rims are made from sea shells. NICE.

The thing is i never heard of the brand. TWINS. @@.

I only surfed the net for the details after I bought it. ROFL. I am not a person who go for branded stuff. But I paid quite a sum of money for it, must know its worthed or not bah..

A musical jewellry box. And the music is not the usual "fur elise" ok. Sayang no other color. But its nice enuf for me.

Now my earrings have a proper "home" ..HAHA . Except for the peacock's feather earrings, too long. Hmm, have to keep it somewhere else then..

After that is MAKAN time!

Went to Koreana again.


This time we tried something different. :-) See those pork rolls?look like strawberry ice cream hor?LOL

MMM, looks nice?it smells nice too...

So u grill the pork slices on this hot plate right..

then u dip a slice or 2 in the sauces
take some of these..
and arrange all of them nicely on a piece of salad leaf, wrapped it nicely & try to put the whole thing into ur mouth..KEKE.. or risk having the sauce stain ur clothes, like wat happened to me :-(

We didn't manage to wrap them nicely, hence no photo of how it looks like after u wrapped them here.. :-p

The taste?quite nice...its very fun to cook ourselves and eat..


AHHH, what a satisfying day~

but all these eating..MUST exercise more lah! HAHA

Its like the longer i worked at my company, the more work i have, changes to amend, things to follow up, customer's needs to fulfill..bla bla bla..


I actually like my work place, i met some wonderful friends there, only the stress is holding me down, the piles of work, BLECH!

certainly there's more to life than just this?

being really pessimistic lately....not healthy hor?

I hope the long holiday ahead will make me feel better...

haha, as for now, i feel a wee bit better already, cos someone tapao-ed BBQ Chicken Wings for me...

MAKAN*slurp*!

another project time! This time we decided to experiment around a bit and cooked baked lamb chop with baked potatos and carrots.

The outcome?

HERE....

We marinated the lamb quite well I tink. Its very aromatic and tasty. We baked the potato and carrots with some salt n pepper and mixed herbs, and it came out tender n aromatic n not to mention, divine-ly yummy..I love the potato.It went really well with the lamb..

Oink ate till the plate was super clean, only leaving the bones behind.:-D!

*happy* we are definitely going to do this project again in the future!

We went to visit Issac last nite and had dinner there. HEE, he is still tiny.

After that we went for dessert at Igloo.

He ordered Peanut Ice with Chocolate topping.

Nice, but not as nice as what I had. WAHAHHA

I had Green Tea Ice with Red Bean. Love it! I am a fan of red bean. Always ordered "Ang Tau Peng" instead of ice kacang, ABC, etc.

MMM, we nice nice food today. :-)

For over 20 years, i have been avoiding this.No matter how others keep saying that its good. I shied away from it.



I had been very skeptical of it.



But seem like i can't run away from fate, from destiny.



It had to come to me, screaming for me to try it..demanding that i should give it a try...tempting me...





i will feel bad if i let this chance slip again away like that...so i told myself, heck..just give it a try..who knows?mayb it will be good?

Authentic Hakka Dish

LUI CHA!
Hakka will have this on the 7th day of CNY. They will cook 7 different vegetable dishes. Take a bit of them all into a bowl, pour in the "tea-soup-thingy" and tralalala, u will have lui cha!

I had miss out the ones made by grandma, and she's gone now. Lucky my aunt made it that day on tomb's day(chinese all souls day). Its never too late right? All those vege she used was planted by herself! She told me she cooked lui cha once everyweek. My cousin had a really big bowl of lui cha, triple of wat i had!

And boy!its really nice bor

not bitter. her's was the less bitter version. I kept saying its yummy, that my MUM, who had never ever cooked any lui cha in her life cos she don't like it also before this, copied the recipe from my aunt! What about that?!!WAHHAHA

For ur information, mum cooked lui cha today. Not too bad for a 1st timer...MMM~all these goodness, vege is gd for health too!

Talking about this. A close fren of mine, Jaqq told me a very funny story about lui cha. She was at Singapore, i tink last year. And she saw this stall selling "Thunder Tea Rice". And she was thinking wah, must b some special dish lo, so she head for the stall lo.

Only to see it was Lui Cha!hahaha... got "lui" in hakka means Thunder and "cha" means tea in hakka.LOL..

mmm, i like lui cha now, the less bitter ones of course. :-p

bells was telling me her house's lui cha the "tea-soup" was clear brown color, mine also clear brown color, but rs's was greenish, and some shops also greenish..

But i guess its all quite the same right?

Oh ya! i was quite busy lately. Had a 3 day seminar. The 1st day was quite boring as they are talking about stuff I already know.

so me and oink doodled on a piece on paper. I added this, he added that, and this came up!

actually hor, he only doodled the "sotong" (octopus) , the rest are my materpieces..my creative work of art. WAHHAA

hmm, i tink rs is in there. Or mayb its just spongebob.

Luckily i saw something that catches my eye. An eye candy!

Isn't he cute?he's too young for me though. Just 20. i think my camera likes him too, see how only he is clear n the surroundings was blur?He was actually moving around on the stage.

Last Friday, we went to Causeway Bay at Crown Square, a new food outlet near to Mr Ho.

I like the interior and ambience. :-)

Oink brought me to My Restaurant last nite. Its place highly recommended by Selina.
It is quite simlar to Carvery.



The only thing i don't really like is interior design. The colors, hmm~

I had pork fillet. YUMMY-LAH MAN!the pork is oh-so-tender la..n the mustard cream sauce reallyblended well. and oh the chunky mashed potato..mmm~ too bad i was a bit full from the soup..oink had to finish it for me..HAHA!

Fine Dining?

Finally, i get to come here after missing the chance during valentine period. Last nite I went with Hui Tze. keke.

Initially we wanted to go to Wishing Well, but its NOT open yet..so funny, then we head for Elephant, and its closed.LOL

So i suggested Mr. HO.



Not knowing wat to order, and heard that the pork here is good, we order Roasted Pork with Apple Sauce, since Apple sauce sounds yummy.. We were quite shocked when we were served with this.. looks like sio bak, smells like sio bak..MEMANG is SIO BAK ler!!only got apple sauce, mashed potato and some over-boiled vege to make it fine food!

@@! We laughed at our order.

Besides that, we also ordered asian pesto pasta. Which also shocked us, its green, and it has the herb that i dun like most (usually sprinkled on laksa). But surprisingly, it tasted good. Have to give it a try ma. But i wont order this next time.HAHA! and it used too much olive oil.

The "sio bak" was rm18.90, the pasta was rm14.90.

I tink Mr Ho do offer some fine food, but we just ordered the wrong ones. Maybe will go back try others.


After all those fatty food, we felt a bit terrible, with those oily taste lingering in our mouth. So we decided that we must drink tea to wash it away.LOL. So we dropped by at Memories. Not very full from the previous munchings, we ordered Grilled Chicken Salad. The grilled chicken is good. MM..

New gang

Little Issac was brought to this world @ 16 march, 2007, in the afternoon. Weighing at 3.11kg, and has a VERY LOUD crying voice. We peeked at him through the nursery's glass window, watching him sleep and cry, watching him move in his sleep.

Yup, Oink's had been "upgraded" to Uncle liao. Now he has a nephew to love and care for.

MACAM MACAM ADA



Been very busy lately. Just came back from a day trip to Miri a few hours ago. YUP! Flew to Miri at 7.30 am then come back at 6.15. *tired*



That's why there's no update this few days. So today i shall post a longer one. HEHE



i finished my briefing with the customers around 1 pm. Since I had time till 4 pm, i decided to walk to the nearby Boulevard Hypermart to have a look around. But in less than 3 hours, I bought a pair of pants, a greeting card, a magazine, souvenirs for the girls and my Oink, a pair of couple-piggie soft toy, and had lunch. Geez, i tink i shop more when I am alone! LOL. Then on my way back to the office, i noticed a japanese restaurant, too bad I didn't have enough time to go in and try, if only i have noticed it earlier. *sigh* so i walk back to the office, and saw this 4d shop, people always say when u go travel, sud buy some lottery ticket, who knows got luck ler?so I stop by and bought 2 numbers, then head back to office, then i saw there's another sports toto shop, stop awhile to think whether i sud go in buy or not, but didn't in the end, cos not enough time liao, have to get back to the office to take my file & stuff. Besides, if i am meant to be lucky, my 4d numbers will kena oso ma. My customer intro-ed me home-made Belacan (aka shrimp paste), so I bought 1 kg-rm20, it is indeed v fragrant and very fresh. My customers even wrapped it nicely so that it won't smell.

We had to go to airport at 4pm because we are following miri's customer's transport. And they off work at 4pm.





Bored waiting at Miri airport. luckily I had my magazine.

Very glad to be back home.

And last week, I went to Sibu, spent a night there.

Had kampua mee. Its rm1.80 only! O.O!




But not very nice though. I didn't go and shop much at Sibu, only went to the wet market. I heard its the biggest in Malaysia.



On the eve of Chap Goh Meh, we had a BBQ gathering at Selina's house.



And we get to "Lao Seng". Its where carrots, ginger, veges, raw salmon are sliced thinly and nicely arranged. Then everyone will get ready their chopstick and start "stirring" all the ingredients n mix them together. Its quite fun actually. But i dun really like this dish because of the ginger. But i like the raw salmon. MMM~sashimi. LOL


On the 6th day of chinese new year. We had a BBQ party at home too.

YUM!

And Tristan came together with his papa and mama. He looked so much like his papa now. Only eye brow part looked like mama! LOL! Tristan is not like most baby i know, he lets anyone hugs him and don't even whine. And he is a very curious boy. But i wonder why his hair like that?LOL!
