AEROBICS
I tried aerobics yesterday. Boy, it was quite good! i was sweating and my whole body got its exercise. In fact, both my legs is a bit tired today. We began by doing some warming up exercises, it was quite tiring also for a warm up. Then we proceeded to the next category that is aerobics with hoola hoops!!LOL, we get to hold on the hoops and move arnd, my arms a bit tired of holding the hoops, but i guess it will do gd to tone my arms, make sure it wont go flabby too soon. Then it was tiem for aerobics with dumb bell, i didn't know we need to bring one. So i just imagine i am holding the dumb bells and follow on the steps :-p.
I think i burnt alot calorie yesterday.:-)
